JUST BREATHE Directed by Anne Wheeler;
starring Melora Hardin, Paul McGillion
Sydney Foster, 15, had a busy day on her last day of school. Along with her friends, she was able to crash a wedding, get caught shoplifting, sneak out of the house late at night, and have her stomach pumped at the hospital after drinking too much at a party. At her rope's end with her troubled daughter, Lynn Foster, sends her to Cloud Lake for the summer to live with her father, Ben, and her new pregnant step-mom, Emma.
Of course when Sydney arrives, nothing changes. The shoplifting, smoking, and lying only multiply due to Sydney's complete lack of respect for her father and step-mom. But is Sydney really a rebellious teenage who likes to smoke, drink, and cause trouble, or is she simply a young girl trying to be heard for the first time in her life after dealing with the messy and bitter divorce of her parents? Ben and Lynn seem to think it's the former, but Emma, a woman preparing herself to be a parent for the first time at age 40, thinks that may not be the case.
Just Breathe is the beautifully written coming of age story about a troubled teenage girl and her divorced parents trying to co-exist happily again -- a place they can get to with the help of the most unlikely person - her pregnant step-Mom.

Your live-correspondent from the Pegasus 3 Convention in London/HeathrowPaul McGillion had his first panel on the Pegasus 3 today. He talked about having a role on the new Star Trek Movie (as was already known). He mentioned his return to SGA at the end of the 4th season and made it a fact that he will not die again. About the 5th season McGillion keeps his secrets – mum’s the word in the business. Torri Higginson did not have any news about the 5th season as well as the shooting for the season starts on February 19th 2008. Paul will, as all the other guests, be ready for more panels on Sunday, as well as for foto-sessions and autographs.
Kate Hewlett could not come to the Pegasus 3 – therefore a new guest came to London: Andee Frizzell (Wraith Queen), who was very funny and told the many fans anecdotes about Stargate Atlantis, her character and adventures while getting ready for her role and John Flanigan. The other guests were: Torri Higginson (Elizabeth Weir), Kavan Smith (Maj. Lorne) and Dean Marshall (Sgt. Bates). The additional guest was Jonathan Woodward (from the series “Angel”). (26.1.2008)
HOT NEWS from the Creation Con/BurbankOur US-Con-correspondent Queen_Sindel did attend the Creation Convention in Burbank, USA, from November 16th till 18th. Joe Flanigan (John Sheppard, Stargate Atlantis) told the fans during his panel, that at the moment the writers are working on a full return of Dr. Carson Beckett (Paul McGillion) for the 5th Season of Stargate Atlantis. Joe praised the fan initiatives for Paul and that he has the deepest respect for the people, especially the SaveCarson-Campaign, from whom people had even camped in front of the studio. This is the best example that fan initiatives can work out. A silent criticism to bring Amanda Tapping to Atlantis and that the fans didn't voice their disapproval loud enough about that was also heard in his statement. (07-11-26)

Hot News from the Offiziellen Stargate SG-1/Stargate Atlantis Convention in Chicago

As we learned from our correspondent Queen_Sindel, just recently returned from her trip to the Official Stargate SG-1/Stargate Atlantis Convention (Creation Conventions) in Chicago, Paul McGillion hinted, during his panel, that Becketts reappearance and how it is going to happen, leaves it open for the character to come back for good for a fifth season, should there be one. It's possible that this hint is part of a well-structured marketing campaign, run by JM, to ensure good ratings for the coming fourth season. We will keep you informed!

Paul McGillion back on the set of Stargate: Atlantis - a video message!
Not All Heroes Die...
Atlantis showrunner Joseph Mallozzi has confirmed exclusively to SaveCarsonBeckett.com that Carson Beckett will be returning for some episodes of Season 4 of Stargate Atlantis! Mallozzie talked with SCB in an exclusive Interview about Carson Beckett's Return.
He said "When he returns for the two-parter, it will be Carson Beckett in the flesh. Late in season three, we discussed the manner in which the character had been written out and the possible ways in which he could be brought back. I threw out an idea that not only brought Carson back, but answered a very big question I had concerning a late-season arc. In order to lay the groundwork for his possible return, we threaded a subtle hint into one of the late season three episodes". And further "Well, I don’t want to give too much away but I can say it won’t be an AU version of Carson - or a time-hopping Dr. Beckett either."
